To get us going for install, you’ll want to execute all the downloadable items as well as the digital mixer content necessary as per your unique mixer. You’ll also want to connect a USB cable from your mixer to the computer we will work on.

1. Downloads
This is our software payload we need you to download and install. Shouldn’t take you long but will help us greatly to have all of this done prior to our call.
Splashtop
- this is the software that allows us remote access to computer.
- Upon installing, you’ll want to name the computer “Your church name – Your name – MIX”
- Go to Security tab and set it to “no additional password needed”

Audiomovers LISTENTO
- You don’t have to do anything more than download and install this. This plugin allows us to monitor the mix in real time.

2. . Digital Mixer Content
Items you need on the computer pertaining to your specific mixer.
It is also critical to keep in mind that we need your mixer on the same network as the computer we will work on AND we need the computer connected to the Internet. Should you need assistance with that, you can see the linked videos on console networking.

3 . Digital Mixer AUDIO INTERFACE CONNECTION
Other than in the rare situation you may have a Dante or Soundgrid network, we’ll be utilizing USB for audio interface connection.
You’ll need a cable that looks like this.
I’ve attached images of each respective mixer of where you need to plug in the cable.
